The factory accidentally dyed the cap color into dark brown, kind of reddish when dyeing the hair. See pictures for details.

- Do I have to pay a shipping fee for my exchange or return?
Quality issues or wrong delivery: We will cover all return and exchange costs. Other issues: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- What is the return period?
We are happy to accommodate a return or an exchange on all orders within 30 days of purchase.
The good news is, we will offer all our subscribers a FREE return or exchange opportunity (only ONE chance per person). It means you can try our products without any risk. Victoria's Wig will cover all the costs.

- How soon will I receive my refund?
After we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned item can be resold, the refund will be back to the original payment account. Once your return is delivered back to our warehouse, it takes up to 1-3 business days to finalize.
Please note most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
If the order was paid via credit card, the payment will be canceled from your statement, instead of returned to your bank balance.
*** All payments made through PayPal will be charged a 4% handling fee. When applying for a full refund, the portion of the handling fee will not be refunded, please be sure you know it well. ***
What should I do if my package is lost?
No worries, we will take full responsibility and resend the package to you or do a refund.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, orders will be processed within 48 work hours & 4~5 workdays to deliver once shipping out. For pre-sale or customized items, please confirm shipping time with our service via customer@victoriawig.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE!
Only a small amount of shipping fee is charged in other areas. (You can check your shipping fee at the time when making payment.)
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours once your order is shipped out.
Is your hair 100% human hair? Where do you source them?
Yes, we believe you deserve the very best. All our hair is 100% remy human hair. We collect the hair material around Asian areas.
Can I dye, bleach or restyle the hair?
Yes. Virgin hair could be dyed, bleached, or restyled. Generally, you can bleach the hair to color #27. And we recommend getting them colored or styled by a professional and experienced hairstylist who has experience working with hair extensions. We strongly do not recommend frequent processing, for it will damage your hair.
Do I need to pluck the hairline myself?
All our wigs come with a pre-plucked natural hairline. You don’t need to put extra effort & all you need is to put it on.
The knots on here are bleached?
The knots are lightly bleached. You can also bleach and customize it by themselves for a better look.
How long can it last?
The quality and lifespan depend on how you wear and how carefully you take care of it. Using the gentle shampoos, drying it in a low heat hair conditioner, use an oil conditioner nursing it carefully will prolong its lifespan. Taking great care of it will make the hair last at least one year.
Will the hair keep its pattern well after being washed?
The body wave featured “loose texture”will turn to natural wave or natural straight after being washed. Other texture will keep its pattern.after being washed.
Does it shed or tangle?
We promise all our hair will be checked carefully before shipment, with a minimum of shedding or tangling with correct care & use method.
Can I modify or cancel the order ?
Order canceling and modifying is available within 24 hours since you put in an order. We don't accept any order canceling or changing beyond 24 hours, for the goods will have been shipped out during that time.
How can I pay for it?
We support PayPal for its convenience and safety. You can pay for your order by PayPal directly in your shopping cart. (If you want to use another payment method, please feel free to contact us.)
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
If you don't have a PayPal account, we accept all credit cards: just select 'PayPal' and click the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' button.
How long for you to process my order?
It will take 48 business hours to process your order. Once the parcel has been shipped out, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking number via email.
