Can I dye/ bleach or restyle the hair myself?

Yes. Virgin hair could be dyed/bleached or restyled. Hair can be bleached to color #27. And we recommend getting them colored or styled by a professional and experienced hairstylist who has experience on working with hair extensions. We strongly don’t recommend frequent processing, for it will damage your hair.

Are the knots bleached?

The knots are lightly bleached. Most of our clients like to bleach and customize it by themselves.

Do I need to pluck the hairline myself?

All our wigs come with pre-plucked natural hairline, which means you don’t need to put extra effort & all you need is to put it on.

What is the difference between HD lace & Swiss lace?

HD lace is also known as film lace, which is ultra thin & undetectable. We highly recommend you to have some knowledge of cutting & maintaining the lace in case of damage.

Swiss lace is also thin & undetectable. We believe it’s a better choice for everyday wear.

Is your hair 100% human hair? Where do they come from?

Yes we believe you deserve the very best. All our hair is 100% Remy human hair. They’re collected around Asian areas.

Can I curl or straighten my hair?

Just like your own hair, all hair & wigs can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. However, the more you wash and heat style the hair, the shorter their lifespan will be, so try to keep washing & product use to a minimum.

Do you have a store where I can pick up the order?

No, we currently only have an online store.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

If you don't have a PayPal account, we accept all credit cards: just select 'PayPal' and click the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' button.

How long for you to process my order?

It will take 48 business hours to process your order. Once the parcel has been shipped out, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking number via email.

How long does shipping take?

Generally, the shipping takes 4~5 work days to most areas. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays. We can not guarantee Saturday delivery.

*** All payments made through PayPal will be charged a 4% handling fee. When applying for a full refund, the portion of the handling fee will not be refunded, please be sure you know it well. ***

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

We’re pleased to accommodate returns & exchanges within 30 days on all hair extensions & wigs that have not been washed, worn, cut or styled. Please email us at (customer@victoriawig.com) first.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item is able to resell. Once your wigs or hair extensions have been delivered back to our warehouse, it takes up to 1 - 3 business days to finalize.
