If you have purchased the wrong goods, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours. Our friendly customer service will help you to modify your order.
If you want to exchange the products after receiving the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us what you'd like in exchange. We will help you set up a new order.
EXCHANGE & RETURN FAQ
- Do I have to pay a shipping fee for my exchange or return?
Quality issues or wrong delivery: We will cover all return and exchange costs. Other issues: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- What is the return period?
We are happy to accommodate a return or an exchange on all orders within 30 days of purchase.
The good news is, we will offer all our subscribers a FREE return or exchange opportunity (only ONE chance per person). It means you can try our products without any risk. Victoria's Wig will cover all the costs.

- How soon will I receive my refund?
After we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned item can be resold, the refund will be back to the original payment account. Once your return is delivered back to our warehouse, it takes up to 1-3 business days to finalize.
Please note most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
If the order was paid via credit card, the payment will be canceled from your statement, instead of returned to your bank balance.
*** All payments made through PayPal will be charged a 4% handling fee. When applying for a full refund, the portion of the handling fee will not be refunded, please be sure you know it well. ***
